For single treatments, we respond within 24 hours, and our services are available from Monday to Saturday, with evening appointments also offered.
For long-term contracts, we provide treatments 24/7, from Monday to Saturday, including Bank Holidays.

Safety-related - Questions
Absolutely. All the products we use are registered and approved by the "Ministry of Environment and Water." They are applied following the label directions, posing no significant health risks to humans or pets. Material Safety Data Sheets and registration certificates for these products are available upon request.
While we conduct pest control treatments, we advise that the house remains vacant for four hours to allow the pesticides to dry. Once this period is over, it is safe for humans and pets to return.
It's not safe for anyone, including pregnant women, to be present during the pest control treatment. However, if you require pest control service during pregnancy, follow these guidelines to reduce risks:
• Choose a pest control company approved by Dubai Municipality, and ensure the specialist holds a valid pest control permit.
• Only use pesticides certified by the Ministry of Environment and Water.
• Inform the pest control specialist about your pregnancy so that they can customize the treatment appropriately.
• Pregnant women should not be present in the house during the treatment and should avoid contact with treated areas.
• Ensure the house is well-ventilated before re-entering.
• If possible, assign someone else to clean surfaces after the treatment.
Service-related – Questions
It is recommended to arrange pest control one day before moving into the new house, after all construction work is completed, and the house has undergone deep cleaning.

The frequency of pest control treatments depends on factors such as property type, location, and season. We recommend periodic pest control, either quarterly or biannually, to effectively manage pests.

The frequency of pest inspections for commercial properties depends on your facility, business type, and specific pest risks. We create individual plans that consider these factors. For critical sites like hospitality and medical facilities, we conduct comprehensive property inspections within 30 days of the contract start date. The inspection report includes a detailed analysis of pest activities, accompanied by pictures, precise locations, and infestation information categorized into Red, Yellow, and Green zones for prioritized recommendations.
In some cases, you will actually see a slight increase in pest activity right after our initial treatment. This is a good sign! This means the pesticides are working. We have disrupted their normal breeding and feeding habits, and are looking for a new place to live – the only difference now is that pesticide is all over them. They are not going to last long. Give it a week or two to die down.
Bait treatments offer consumers peace of mind if they prefer not to have liquid chemicals applied in their home. The type of pest, the severity of the problem and other factors determine the type of treatment we implement.
Before and after treatment related - Questions
Prior to the treatment, please take the following precautions:
• Clean the house thoroughly to eliminate competing food sources for insects.
• Cover and store any open food, small appliances, and items from counter tops.
• Store or cover baby toys, supplies, and cribs if applicable.
• Ensure easy access to areas where cockroaches have been seen.
• Inform the Pest Control Operator about any allergies, pregnancies, or children under one year old.
• Cover fish bowls and tanks with a waterproof cover.
• After treatment, maintain high sanitation levels for the products to work effectively.
• Switch off the air conditioning during and after the treatment.
• Air out the house thoroughly by opening windows upon your return.
For Chemical Pesticide Spray Treatment: Clear your countertops and kitchen cabinets to prevent any food or items from being sprayed.
For Gel Baiting Treatment: No need to clear your countertops and kitchen cabinets.
For the safety of residents, even though the pesticides are odourless, it is advisable to stay out of the house for at least four hours after the treatment to allow the pesticides to dry. Pregnant women and children under three should stay away for a minimum of 24 hours, as per Dubai Municipality regulations.
Our products have a residue effect for weeks, which can continue to eliminate pests that come in contact with the treated areas. For better results, avoid washing the treated areas for 7-10 days. You may, however, clean kitchen and dining areas with water.
